Faithful is He who calls you, and He also will bring it to pass

1 Thess 5:24….

Just meditating on Him this morning and recent events and a few words began to well up.

Perhaps there is someone out there who also needs to hear this and be reminded again…

He is the IMMUTABLE GOD.
His Immutability re-affirms His Faithfulness

Because God has committed Himself to me and for me, Rest assured my soul:

  • He cannot be hindered | He is immutable and requires no man’s permission to do it.
  • He cannot be dissuaded | He is Omniscient.
  • He cannot be restrained in His course by oppostion | Who is fit to counsel Him?
  • He cannot be stopped by force or power | He is the ALLMIGHTY
  • He cannot be blinded nor His path shrouded from Him | Light and darkness are same before Him.
  • He cannot become so preoccupied as to forget His promise | He is the Ancient of Days
  • He cannot be bribed off His course | He is lacking nothing!
  • He pays no attention to diversions | He is the way!
  • Neither mountains nor road blocks can hold Him back | they melt at the sight of Him.
  • There is no toll fee that is too pricey to end His course | He has paid the fee above all fees.
  • Oceans cannot block His path | He folds them with the breath of His nostrils..
  • Violent shakings of the earth cannot make Him pause for caution | for He laid it’s foundation
  • The worst vitriol from my enemies is not enough to make Him rethink | He is rich in mercy
  • On the days i doubt | He calls me higher but is not handicapped by me.
  • On the days i worry and fear | He reminds me of His word but He still presses on!
  • When the enemy reminds me of my past experiences | He whispers to me that He makes all things new
  • My bad days of emotional oscillations | He points me to his steadfast love
  • When i become conscious that time is passing | He reminds me that He is abe to redeem time
  • When i cannot possibly see a way through | It makes no difference for He doesnt see with my eyes
  • When i try to force Him to explain ‘How” | He doesnt pause to Justify Himself..He keeps working for me
  • When my enemies begin to mock scornfully | He laughs at them..if only they knew..yet they will bow

So why does my Soul often fret so much and writhe in pangs of guilt and fear?

Yet as i look back to the paths long trodden in my past, I see His footprints and His close attention to every one of my past steps and missteps and i am comforted again that He has always been faithful. He didn’t start today. He settled it in eternity before i even took the first step. Thank you Abba


It has nothing to do with me and EVERYTHING to do with Him for He cannot deny Himself.

Brother, Sister…except GOD hasn’t committed Himself…

If He has, know that He has never failed, and isn’t about to now where it concerns you.
