And because you are sons, God has sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, crying, “Abba! Father!” So you are no longer a slave, but a son, and if a son, then an heir through God.

Romans 8:14-15

#1. Luke 15:16-17 “And he would fain have filled his belly with the husks that the swine did eat: and no man gave unto him. And when he came to himself, he said, How many hired servants of my father’s have bread enough and to spare, and I perish with hunger! I will arise and go to my father, and will say unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and before thee,“.

  • Heavenly Father. Thank you for adopting me as a Son and making me a co-heir with Christ Jesus.
  • Oh Lord, this season by the Spirit of Sonship, recover me from every pig sty of life which is far below my allotted portion and inheritance in Christ Jesus. I agree to arise unto my esteemed place and portion in your kingdom.
  • Heavenly Father. I raise a cry of intercession for all your prodigal sons who are wallowing in situations and circumstances that are far below the prescribed standard of our Father’s House. Awaken them to true kingdom reality and release the grace for divine recovery upon them in this season.

#2. Luke 4:17 “the scroll of the prophet Isaiah was handed to Him. Unrolling it, He found the place where it was written:“.

  • Heavenly Father. I arise by the Spirit of Sonship to request my allotment of divine revelation for this season. Grant me access to the volume of book written of me that i may be guided in all your will in Jesus name.
  • Where it glorifies your name, grant me access into the volume of book written of those you bring my way, that i may ‘utter words’ which will enlighten their path and give them hope in you.

#3. Luke 15:13 “And the younger of them said to his father, Father, give me the portion of goods that falleth to me. And he divided unto them his living“.

  • Holy Spirit. In accordance with the boldness that follows the Spirit of Sonship, open mine eyes to know; and grant me the grace to lay hold of the portion that falleth unto me this season”
  • I renounce every spirit of religion which fosters timidity and ignorance in Jesus name.
  • I demand that you rebuke and judge every foul spirit contentiously dragging my divine portion with me. Cut them off oh Lord in Jesus name.

#4. Gen 38:12 “And in process of time the daughter of Shuah Judah’s wife died; and Judah was comforted, and went up unto his sheepshearers to Timnath, he and his friend Hirah the Adullamite“.

  • Holy Spirit by the Spirit of Sonship, break me free from any ungodly and unhelpful association escorting me away from my allotted inheritance. Ally me with destiny helpers who will rather help me toward my place of inheritance.
  • By the same Spirit use me as an instrument to guide others along their paths of inheritance to the glory of your name.

#5. Gen 38:12 “And he said, What pledge shall I give thee? And she said, Thy signet, and thy bracelets, and thy staff that is in thine hand. And he gave it her, and came in unto her, and she conceived by him.“

  • Holy Spirit by the Spirit of Sonship, i request for a greater measure of divine wisdom to safeguard the elements of mine inheritance required for advancement in this season.

#6. Heb 5:8-9 “Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered; And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him.“

  • Holy Spirit help me learn and inculcate the nature of Sonship as modelled by Christ in all the current experiences that I am passing through. Bring me unto the place of perfection that will leave a worthy legacy for subsequent generations in my lineage.

All these prayers we pray in Jesus name.
