Nov Wk 2: Intercession – Frustrating Evil Expectations.

²⁸ The mother of Sisera looked out at a window, and cried through the lattice, Why is his chariot so long in coming? why tarry the wheels of his chariots? ²⁹ Her wise ladies answered her, yea, she returned answer to herself,

³⁰ Have they not sped? have they not divided the prey; to every man a damsel or two; to Sisera a prey of divers colours, a prey of divers colours of needlework, of divers colours of needlework on both sides, meet for the necks of them that take the spoil?

³¹ So let all thine enemies perish, O Lord: but let them that love him be as the sun when he goeth forth in his might. And the land had rest forty years.

Judges 5:28-31

Sisera’s mother’s expectation embodies the evil hopes of the enemy as concerning the people of God. They seek to prey on us, take us captive & and take our most valuable lot as spoils!
Thanks be to God who does not give us as prey to their teeth.

Evil expectations over the Nation

• Ancient of Days visit every secret ‘steering committee’ directing the course of this nation in darkness according to their evil ambitions. Bring them into open derision! Tie their hands so that their best laid plans meet with frustration and empty out their spirits within them as you did those of the Egyptians! Silence their necromancers, silence their mediums and silence their idols. ^{Isaiah 19:3}

• Omniscient God. We lift the upcoming elections of this land before you along with every party and candidate for your sifting. Frustrate every device being employed by the crafty to subjugate the will of the people and keep the people in bondage. ^{Prov 16:33}

• Every evil “experience” “structure” “war-chest” being touted & brought to bear by powerful forces which does not advance the cause of the kingdom of God in this nation let it collapse into emptiness! Swallow it all up as you did Pharoah’s chariots in the red sea at the time of Israel’s deliverance from under their yoke! ^{Exo 15:4-5}

• Heavenly Father – every confederacy and alliance with foreign actors [spiritual and physical] devised to subjugate the people of this land under evil rulership; give them the confusion of Babel and scatter them as stubble before the wind. ^{Psalm 83:4-5}

• King of Kings. Every treaty/covenant that has been entered into on behalf of this nation which commits us into payment of tolls, tributes, and customs [especially by blood] & legitimizes the seasonal exaction of the enemy upon our land; we arise as the body of Christ to invalidate it in Jesus name. ^{Ezra 4:13}

• May the windows of evil expectation over this nation in every realm be closed in shame and disappointment in Jesus name.

Evil expectations over us

• Lord 20 years after their separation Milcah looked out from her elevated window and despised David. She projected an evil expectation toward him, wishing him ill – in his season of joy. You Lord shut up her womb and made her barren from that day forward. LORD as concerning any evil expectation provoked by envy / bitterness targeted at me and my family members till this day, respond to it with the answer of the dry breast and miscarrying womb of Hosea 9:14

• LORD regarding every evil expectation desirous of dividing us [our family / our marriage / our community] as prey and taking our best lot as spoil, meet it with derision and bring it to futility.

• Holy Spirit this season put me in league with the Kingdom Eunuchs in high places; that every Jezebelic expectation laying-in-wait for me at the place of enthronement be openly disgraced. ^{2 Ki 9:31-33}

• Immortal Redeemer: I come on behalf of my family and i acknowledge that in the days of our rebellion, ignorance and sleep, the enemy’s evil expectation justifiably found expression in our lives. I stand in the victory of the cross and the freedom purchased by the blood of Jesus today to plead absolution and restoration for my family, our lineage and generations to come from any further expression or manifestation of evil expectations and actions in Jesus name.

• Eternal High Priest. Every treaty/covenant that has been entered into on behalf of this family which legitimizes the enemy expectation to levy tolls-tributes-taxes on us seasonally & generationally, we arise by the blood of Jesus to renounce and nullify it in Jesus name. ^{Ezra 4:13}
