5 She would sit under the Palm of Deborah, between Ramah and Bethel in the hill country of Ephraim, and the Israelites would go to her for judgment.
Judges 4:5

  1. When Deborah began occupying her divinely ordained place, it was to the profit of her family, her community, and to the great profit of Israel!
    Order began to be restored; righteousness returned; men awoke to their purpose; deliverance ensued and Israel eventually enjoyed rest for 40 years!

  2. There are seats (realms) of influence that God has reserved for you and I whom He has foreknown and saved for Himself 1 Pe 2:9. In conforming us to the image of His Son Jesus, He intends for us to enthrone Christ Jesus over our given spaces Acts 17:26 even as Christ Jesus is enthroned in us.

  3. God has pre-qualified us for this task by first redeeming us, raising us up with Christ and sitting us with Him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus. Eph 2:6 . Yet God’s purpose goes further than our personal salvation…..for the kingdom is not about you!!

  4. Unless we agree to arise and enthrone Christ in our ordained place like deborah, many facets of our family, community, nation and generation will continue to languish under the terrible exaction of the enemy.

  5. God is seeking for Kingdom conscious princes who would offer themselves willing Judges 5:2 (in contrast to a world obsessed with self) under Christ’s reign, in whom the Son of Man may be fully lifted John 12:32 so that He can give them access to realms of influence for the crucial purpose of drawing all men unto Himself 2 Cor 5:18

  6. Although many are zealous for this, Yet zeal without knowledge and payment of the requisite price will only lead to a life that will fall short of the fullness that God has domiciled in Christ. Col 1:19

  7. David was anointed king of Israel, and for 15 years did a lot of commendable things on behalf of Israel. BUT if David never eventually ascended the throne of Israel, He would never have been able to fully deliver the dividends of Heaven’s glory for the nation of Israel. For it is in that seat (space/realm) that heavens provision for fullness has been domiciled!!!

  8. Do you still hunger and thirst that you might attain to the fullness of Christ?
    Are you still eager to channel all that God has domiciled in Christ Jesus to the profit of your family, your nation and your generation?

Deborah set an example of the profit that true kingdom sonship brings to all.
May we receive grace to press into the further dimensions in Christ until we get to the place of fullness to the profit of our Israel.
