Now when the copy of king Artaxerxes’ letter was read before Rehum, and Shimshai the scribe, and their companions, they went up in haste to Jerusalem unto the Jews, and made them to cease by force and power. What is the difference between the burden bearers and the builder
What makes the strength of the burden bearers decay and those rubbish represent what

There are different ways we can look at it. From a ministry standpoint for example:
Burden Bearers can be believers who are in full time occupation/career but who actively support the ministry financially from their income. In the bible we see examples such as Pheobe Rom 16:1-2, Lydia and such. The rubbish that could decay their strength of support for example could be bad entitlement attitudes of Pastors over-demanding support from the pulpit without regard to the personal welfare of these burden bearers. Paul was often conscious of avoiding the ministry of ‘begging or demanding’ as some do today. In 1 Thes 2:9 They worked to support themselves so as not to burden anyone.
Burden bearers could also be Intercessors like Epaphras who Paul mentions as ‘wrestling in prayer’ for the church and brethren in Collosae (col 4:12)
Those who are on stage or holding the mic are only 1 part of the equation; there are others often unnamed and unseen who also do a lot of lifting to see the work of the kingdom stand. we would regard them as burden bearers.
Things like back-bitting, strife, divisions amongst the brethren are some of the ‘rubbish’ that can weaken their commitment.
Hope this helps?

“Builders” would then be those who are directly involved on the full time ministry work of the church. Paul refers to Himself as a ‘wise master builder’ 1 Cor 3:10. And also brethren like Apollos, Priscillia and Acquilla.
That’s one way of looking at the distinction from a New Testament context.
