In Acts 17:11 we learn that the berean Christians set a high standard to be emulated, because “they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, (to check for themselves) whether those things were so.”
This has become more imperative than ever for our generation, because we are in the last days, when Jesus said “many false prophets will appear and deceive many people.12 Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold, 13 but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved.” Matt 24:10-14
Standing firm and being properly “Anchored” in the word will be based on the Truth of GOD’s word that you know for yourself”, for only that Truth is capable of truly setting you free.
Pentecostal Christianity in particular has become riddled with more Denominational doctrine than the Apostolic Truth which Acts 2:42 tell’s us the early church ‘Devoted themselves to’.
To this end we will share Apostolic truths revealed to us by the Holy Spirit in order that we all may
“grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ”‘. 2 Peter 2:13
